Virtual Film Production Studio | Demo Reel

After 6 months of intense dedication, experimentation and implementation, Promosa have successfully delivered a shining example of what can be accomplished with Unreal Engine, camera tracking and LED Walls.

A True Virtual Production.

With a small team dedicated to working on the virtual production side of Promosa, that hard work has finally paid off with an impressive demo shoot that was captured this week.

Above is a showcase of what Promosa has been able to achieve in as little as 6 months. The plan going forward will be to scale this appropriately with whatever film or TV production requires.

Good LED Wall Helps But…

You can buy the best LED Wall for your virtual production or for any purpose but it is a qualified technician that is going to make the shoot a success. Understanding what can be changed and tweaked on the LED Wall based off of what the cinematographer is requesting is key in a smooth and headache free shoot.

Promosa started out as an LED Wall company so the knowledge and inventory is vast, ready to serve any virtual production needs in terms of LED Wall.

Now many years later Promosa has diversified and are now on the forefront of Virtual Production.

Handheld!

The other demonstrations of Virtual Production that we have seen, the camera has been on tripods, dolly’s, or cranes. This is one of the first examples that we are aware of in a Virtual Production Studio where the camera is being shot handheld.

As seen in the demo, the fulcrum (the section of the image rendered on the LED Wall is what the camera sees) follows the fast motion of the camera without any issues. This opens up even more possibilities with “selling” this method of filming to audience members as truly believable footage.
